DIGITAL FABRICATION CERTIFICATES APPLICATION
Applications for the certificate in Subtractive Processes, which begins April 25th, are due March 27th (EXTENDED), and consist of the following:
2 page mini-portfolio of projects worked on in the past two years, examples of 3d modeling should be included
200-500 word statement of your interest in the program (describing your interest in learning digital fabrication and how you intend to apply these skills in your future work)
Employers Verification of Employment Status (due with the application, or at the latest by March 31st).

Please submit your application as soon as possible. Persons accepted to the program will be notified by the end of day April 15th at the latest.
After acceptance to the program, applicants will be required to schedule an appointment to complete an intake packet at the CareerPATH - Green Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative office. This intake packet must be completed before students will be allowed to attend the program.
